Join Salwa Shamapande, three-time entrepreneur and the current CFO and co-founder of Bosso Technology and Innovation Limited, a fast-growing e-commerce construction tech company in Zambia. His journey spans diverse experiences from starting work at McDonald’s at 14, where he learned that trust is the foundation of all business, to building ventures across continents. He previously worked at Bank of America, Citibank, founded Insurrection Films in the USA, and later launched Restaurant Week in Zambia. Today, Salwa is focused on scaling Bosso into a leading African platform, driven by the belief that trust is not optional, it is everything.
