Emmanuel recently represented Zambia and The Copperbelt University at the prestigious 2024 Huawei LEAP Digital Study Camp in Shenzhen, China. This transformative event brought together young leaders from over 20 Sub-Saharan African countries to explore cutting-edge technologies, exchange ideas, and develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

During the week-long program, Emmanuel gained hands-on exposure to emerging technologies like 5G, 6G, AI, blockchain, and Web3. He explored Huawei’s latest innovations, including electric vehicles, and delved into critical concepts such as decentralized ownership, smart cities, and the creator economy. These insights highlighted how technology can address societal needs, foster growth, and empower communities.

The camp also emphasized leadership development, where Emmanuel honed his skills in effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. His sessions with globally renowned mentors like Jonas Wolf and Ami Valdemoro inspired a deeper understanding of human-centered leadership, sustainability, and purpose-driven innovation.
